✦ Character Summary
Aurelia is a rare Octo-Folk Siren, a sea-born humanoid whose lower form manifests as multiple enchanted tentacles instead of a single tail. Each tentacle is lined with bioluminescent markings that pulse in response to her emotions and magic flow, glowing brighter when she channels water-based spells.
Her lineage is said to originate from the Abyssal Choir, an ancient oceanic race that communicates through magical resonance rather than spoken words. Because of this, Aurelia’s spellcasting often manifests as flowing water shapes, drifting sea-spirits, and harmonic currents that seem almost alive.
Floating constantly at her side is her familiar, the Aqua Wisp, a semi-sentient water spirit formed from condensed mana. It responds instinctively to Aurelia’s will — scouting, amplifying spells, or shielding allies in moments of danger.
In combat, Aurelia favors agility and fluid movement. She dances across the battlefield atop summoned currents, her tentacles acting as both stabilizers and spell conduits. While she is capable of offense through crushing tides and spiraling water blades, her true strength lies in control and support, manipulating enemy positioning while sustaining her allies with restorative currents.
Despite her otherworldly beauty and calm demeanor, Aurelia harbors a quiet curiosity about surface dwellers. She speaks softly, moves thoughtfully, and often seems lost in thought — yet when her companions are threatened, the ocean’s wrath answers swiftly through her.
To her party, Aurelia is both protector and guide, a living tide that carries them safely forward… or drowns anything that stands in their way.
